Experienced UI/UX Designer

Do you love the latest technology trends and devices? We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to help us craft digital experiences for our clients. We want someone who’s focused on gathering research and requirements, and then turning those into user-centric solutions. As the UX/UI designer, you will work closely with Designers, SEO Experts, Web Developers, and Project Manager to deliver these solutions.

Pay Scale/ Monthly Salary:

Rs.70,000 – Rs.150,000

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be having knowledge of UX principles, strong UI design creation using an existing library, and experience delivering solutions to development teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of practical experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role
• Experience turning complex requirements into simple and engaging customer experiences
• Expert knowledge with standard tools of design such as Sketch, Balsamiq, and Adobe Creative Suite, etc
• Have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Have a great taste and aesthetic sensibilities and can adapt to established styles
• The drive to keep up-to-date on best practices, key software, and industry trends
• Willingness to accept constructive criticism and iterate on designs as part of a team. Enjoys learning from others as well as teaching others what you’ve learned

Responsibilities:

• Work on multiple projects concurrently while handling many different types of design requests
• Apply design thinking to the end-to-end customer experience
• Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code, preferably in React or a comparable framework
• Strong ability to clearly communicate design concepts to the business and team members through wireframing, mock-ups, and prototypes
• Collaborate with the development and design teams to enhance internal communication and understanding
• Conduct user research to better understand customers’ intentions and habits for client’s websites
• Propose and participate in user research, usability validation, and A/B testing
• Take ownership of your projects as a whole while collaborating with team members and follow through to launch
