We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Experienced UI/UX Designer who can combine aesthetics, usability, and modern design thinking to create engaging digital products across web and mobile platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both user behavior and visual design, and can confidently turn ideas into clean, functional, and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Experience Planning

• Understand user behavior, pain points, and design requirements
• Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis
• Create user personas and user journey concepts
• Design interfaces focused on usability and accessibility

UI/UX Design & Visual Execution

• Design modern and user-friendly:
  • Website interfaces
  • Landing pages
  • Dashboards
  • Mobile app screens
• Create responsive and visually consistent layouts
• Maintain strong attention to spacing, typography, alignment, and hierarchy
• Ensure clean and modern user experiences across devices

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Create:
  • Wireframes
  • User flows
  • Interactive prototypes
• Refine designs through feedback and iteration
• Present design concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders

Design Systems & Branding

• Develop and maintain:
  • Design systems
  • Typography styles
  • Color palettes
  • UI components
  • Icons and visual assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

Collaboration & Handoff

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Provide clear design handoff and UI specifications
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams where required
• Ensure designs are practical, responsive, and development-friendly

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

Design Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

• UI/UX principles
• Responsive design
• Information architecture
• Visual hierarchy
• User-centered design
• Accessibility basics

Design Tools

Professional experience with:

• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Sketch (preferred)

Prototyping Skills

• Ability to create interactive prototypes and user flows
• Understanding of modern design interactions and animations
• Strong wireframing and interface planning skills

Creative & Professional Skills

• Pixel-perfect attention to detail
• Strong creativity with practical design thinking
• Ability to explain design decisions logically
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of modern UI trends and digital aesthetics

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in:

• Graphic Design
• Fine Arts
• Media Sciences
• Computer Science
• Related field

Experience

• 1+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Agency or client-based experience is highly preferred

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must provide:

• Behance / Dribbble / Portfolio website
• Examples of:

  • UX case studies
  • Final visual designs
