Lead SEO Growth for International Brands

Salam Experts is looking for an experienced Senior SEO Strategist / SEO Manager / SEO Team Lead to drive organic growth across multiple international projects.

This is a leadership role for an SEO professional who understands modern search ecosystems, technical SEO, content strategy, entity-based optimization, AI-powered search, and scalable growth frameworks.

You will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies, leading a team of SEO professionals, collaborating with content and development teams, and delivering measurable improvements in organic traffic, rankings, leads, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Organic Growth

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead organic growth initiatives across local and international markets.
• Build scalable SEO frameworks focused on traffic, leads, and revenue growth.
• Conduct competitor analysis, SERP analysis, and search intent research.
• Create SEO roadmaps with clear priorities and measurable KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, topical mapping, and market analysis.

Technical SEO

• Perform advanced technical SEO audits and implementation planning.
• Resolve crawling, indexing, and website architecture issues.
• Optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and internal linking.
• Improve Core Web Vitals and overall website performance.
• Manage JavaScript SEO challenges including SSR and CSR environments.
• Implement structured data and schema markup.
• Conduct log file analysis and indexation audits.
• Manage international SEO and hreflang implementations.

Content & Semantic SEO

• Lead keyword clustering and topical authority strategies.
• Develop content plans aligned with search intent and customer journeys.
• Conduct content audits and content gap analysis.
• Optimize landing pages, blogs, category pages, and service pages.
• Implement entity-based SEO and semantic optimization strategies.
• Align content strategies with EEAT principles and modern search behavior.

Link Building & Digital PR

• Develop white-hat link building strategies.
• Manage outreach campaigns and authority acquisition efforts.
• Analyze backlink profiles and identify toxic link risks.
• Build scalable digital PR and authority-building campaigns.
• Monitor competitor backlink strategies and industry opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor SEO performance using data-driven methodologies.
• Analyze rankings, traffic, conversions, and user behavior.
• Create SEO reports and executive dashboards.
• Track algorithm updates and develop recovery strategies when required.
• Present actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and train SEO specialists and junior team members.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews for SEO deliverables.
• Improve internal SOPs, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Foster innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate effectively with content writers, developers, designers, and project managers.
