Salam Experts is looking for a talented Video Editor / Content Creator to join our creative production team.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who can transform raw footage into engaging visual stories that generate views, engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. You will be responsible for creating high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, corporate branding, and content marketing initiatives.
From short-form viral content and social media reels to professional promotional videos, your work will play a key role in shaping how brands communicate with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional video content.
- Create videos aligned with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and campaign goals.
- Produce high-quality promotional videos, advertisements, social media content, and corporate videos.
- Ensure smooth transitions, pacing, storytelling flow, and visual consistency.
- Synchronize audio, music, voiceovers, and sound effects for a professional viewing experience.
Short-Form Content Creation
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook video content.
- Develop attention-grabbing hooks and retention-focused editing styles.
- Adapt content to current social media trends and audience behavior.
- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form videos.
- Optimize content for engagement, watch time, and audience retention.
Motion Graphics & Visual Design
- Integrate motion graphics, animated text, visual effects, and dynamic transitions.
- Design engaging lower-thirds, captions, overlays, and call-to-action elements.
- Apply professional color correction and color grading techniques.
- Enhance video quality using modern editing techniques and creative effects.
Platform Optimization
- Export and optimize videos for:
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Digital Advertising Platforms
- Ensure correct resolutions, aspect ratios, file formats, and platform specifications.
- Optimize video thumbnails and visual presentation for improved click-through rates and engagement.
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, designers, and project managers.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative planning discussions.
- Contribute ideas for content strategies, video campaigns, and audience engagement.
- Assist in developing storyboards, visual concepts, and creative direction.
AI-Powered Content Production
- Utilize AI-assisted editing tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI video editing and content creation.
- Leverage modern content production tools to enhance creativity and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Media Sciences, Film Production, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, Content Creator, Multimedia Designer, or Social Media Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing capabilities and creative work.
